A little over a month before the seminal BRICS summit in Kazan (Russia) from October 22 to 24 – likely to set the course for the new multipolar de-dollarized world order – the leaders of Russia and China shone brightly at their respective summits: the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok, and the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
