The national leader of the PRI, Alejandro Moreno Cárdenas, wingfiled a criminal complaint against the Governor of Campeche, Layda Sansores, before the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR). for violating the judicial protection that ordered him not to broadcast more audio or audiovisual material
related to him.
Through his Twitter account, Moreno Cárdenas yesterday showed the acknowledgment of receipt from the FGR, which is dated one day before –July 22– and pointed out: I denounced the fact that the governor of Campeche failed to comply with a federal judicial order of outright suspension, granted and ordered by a district judge in my favor
.
In a second message on Twitter, he maintains that it is a serious crime, since the suspension takes effect when pronounced and not when notified
but the governor refused to receive the notification, which a judicial clerk brought to her before the program, to pretend to breach it with intent and bad faith
.
This, in reference to the fact that on July 19, the judge of the first district of Nuevo León granted Moreno Cárdenas a flat suspension in the amparo lawsuit that he presented so that Layda Sansores stops broadcasting the audios that have caused a scandal and demands of members and personalities of the PRI for him to resign from his position.

As soon as his messages were uploaded to the Internet, there were immediate responses on social networks, with cartoons and comments in which they made him notice that in the audios broadcast by Governor Sansores only the illegalities and corruption that he has incurred are made public.
