Alcon: "We are respectful of non-interference in internal affairs”

Regarding the declaration of persona non grata to Evo Morales, by the Peruvian Congress, known this Thursday afternoon, the Vice Minister of Communication, Gabriela Alcón, stated that the pronouncement is made via Chancellery.
