He added that according to article 115 of the Constitution, the president must report whether she has any temporary or permanent impediment to assume her functions. In his speech, Otárola added that between June 29 and July 10, he developed the functions corresponding to his position, but had no face -to -face meeting with the president, “only sporadic telephone communications” in which the president told him that she had a “strong bronchial condition.”
He added that it was the only one on July 12 that Boluarte participated again in a meeting of the Council of Ministers.
Attack against Adrianzén
