Alberto Fujimori's life pension could be seized by the Attorney General's Office, according to specialists

Although the law prohibits it, the Congress granted Alberto Fujimori access to a lifetime pension for his period as head of State (1990 – 2000). Now, he will receive S/15,600 monthly, a payment that will be made despite the fact that he owes S/57 million in civil reparations to the Peruvian State. For this reason, specialists considered that the Attorney General’s Office could embark on this economic benefit.
