President Alberto Fernández will participate this Monday in the opening of the 30th Pan American Sanitary Conference of PAHO and will lead the delivery of books as part of the “Books to Learn” Program.
Fernández will be part of the PAHO conference, which takes place in Washington DC, USA, from 10 a.m. (Argentina time) virtually, official sources reported tonight.
At 11 o’clock, the president will lead, together with the Minister of Education, Jaime Perczyk, the delivery of literature books, within the framework of the “Books to learn” Program, in the Kindergarten No. 915 of Marcos PazBuenos Aires province.
The ministers’ agenda
Meanwhile, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, Santiago Cafiero, will be part of the 66th General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that takes place at the Vienna International Center, Austria, from 11 ( Argentine time).
The Minister of Health, Carla Vizzotti, will participate at 10 o’clock in the Opening of the 30th Pan American Sanitary Conference of PAHO, 74th session of the Regional Committee of the World Health Organization (WHO) for the Americas, in Washington DC , USA.
At 11:30, the minister will attend the Annual Report of the President of the Executive Committee, and at 12, Vizzotti will meet with Xavier Becerra, US Secretary of Health and Human Services.
For his part, the Minister of the Environment and Sustainable Development, Juan Cabandié, together with the Mayor, Martín Piaggio, will visit the Gualeguaychú Ecopark at 4:00 p.m., where they will observe the operation of the biogas plant and deliver machinery for the treatment of urban solid waste in the framework of the GIRSU Plan, in the province of Entre Ríos.
