In this regard, Fernanda Gil Lozano stated that the Forum “will be a platform to promote dialogue and cooperation on issues related to human rights” throughout the world.
To this end, all the participating countries exchange successful experiences and innovative proposals in order to “promote the exchange of knowledge and horizontal cooperation between the participants at the national, regional and international levels,” according to the organizers of the event.
