President Alberto Fernández highlighted on Tuesday the role of neighborhood clubs to “learn rules of coexistence” and “form the spirit of Argentines”, when presenting the new scheme of subsidies in public services of electricity and natural gas for those establishments.
“The neighborhood clubs are not just entertainment, a pastime. It is a place where you learn the rules of coexistence. There are rules, statutes to respect, to play. We learn what is permitted and what is prohibited. And we enjoy it. The neighborhood clubs have that transcendence that cannot be left aside, they help to form the spirit of the Argentine men and women”, Fernandez remarked during his speech at the Villa de Mayo Sports Center.
