The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-Treaty of Trade of the Peoples (ALBA-TCP) issued a statement in which the murder of six journalists repudiates, including Anas Jamal Al-Sharif, by the Zionist State of Israel, qualifying it as a criminal act and a flagrant violation of international law.
Through his Telegram channel, the executive secretary of the Alba-TCP, Rander Peña, disclosed the document where a planned genocide and in execution against Palestine are denounced. Action that was classified as “the most stark manifestation of horror and human perversity, contemporary expression of neo -Nazis and neo -fascist practices.”
Add the official Alba-TCP statement that the State of Israel has converted the Gaza Strip into a laboratory of crimes against humanity where international humanitarian law and the Charter of the United Nations are systematically violated, highlighting that “those who murder the Palestinian people and attack those who document their suffering are war criminals and genocide perpetrators.”
«The physical departure of Anas Jamal al-Sharif It is a moral and political call to not remain silent, ”said Alba-TCP by urging global action to stop the conflict.
Then, the commitment of the Alba-TCP with the Palestinian cause is reaffirmed, describing it as unwitting and irrevocable, so they demand the immediate cessation of genocide, the total lifting of the siege and the end of the occupation in the region.
On August 10, five journalists from the Jazeera chain were killed by Israel during the bombings that he executed over Palestinian territory. Among them was Anas Al-Sharif, 28, one of the most recognizable faces of journalism in Gaza. For 22 months, without interruption, he documented the suffering of the Palestinian people under Israeli fire. Their reports, transmitted in Arabic and broadcast worldwide, showed collapsed hospitals, mutilated children, missing families under the rubble.
Shortly before his death, he wrote on social networks: “Uninterrupted bombing … Israeli aggression against Gaza has intensified.” The Israeli army not only admitted the attack, but justified the murder of Al-Sharif accusing him of belonging to Hamas and launching rockets against Israeli civilians, something that lacks any type of veracity.
To date, 232 journalists who died in the Strip are counted, according to UN data, and more than 380 have been injured.
