The Executive Secretariat of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – Peoples’ Trade Treaty (Alba TCP) expressed its full support for the Nicaraguan regime’s decision to expel the Organization of American States (OAS) and occupy its headquarters .
Alba TCP cataloged the action as a “dignified, coherent and sovereign decision” on the part of the Daniel Ortega regime, applauding the closure of the OAS offices in Managua and the announcement of the withdrawal of its representatives.
The statement issued through its social networks states that “we condemn the attacks and repeated destabilizing attempts against the legitimate government of the sister Republic of Nicaragua by the United States of America and the OAS, promoting unilateral coercive measures among other destabilizing actions. to try to interfere in internal affairs.

“We ratify our invariable decision to leave the OAS, as expressed on November 19, 2021, and by confirming our irrevocable denunciation and resignation before this calamitous, truculent and lying dependency of the State Department of Yankee imperialism. As of this date we cease to be part of all the deceitful mechanisms of this monstrosity, call them Permanent Council, call them commissions, call them meetings, call them Summit of the Americas,” the document read by Foreign Minister Denis Moncada referred to.
Moncada, joined by the now former representatives Campbell and Lara, maintained that the country will not have a presence in any of the instruments of the regional forum, which he called “diabolical.”

For its part, Alba went on to add that “the Executive Secretariat of the Alliance ratifies its unconditional support for the Sandinista government and for the people of Nicaragua in their decision to continue defending sovereignty, peace, and the notable social, economic, and security advances and national unity achieved,” the alliance said.
