Aerolineas Argentinas transported more than 1.1 million passengers during October, thus exceeding the figure reached in the same month of 2019, before the pandemic, the company reported.
The national flag carrier reached 1,108,527 passengers transported in the tenth month of the year, surpassing October 2019 when 1,106,766 passengers were transported.
What is significant is that as for the home network, 7% more was transported than in October 2019, thus reaching 899,178 people who traveled for the company.
“These numbers are important because they give us a guideline of the growth we are experiencing and set the trend for the coming months. And we are doing it with greater operational and economic efficiency”, explained the President of Aerolineas Argentinas Pablo Cerianiit’s a statement.
During October 2022 we exceeded the pre-pandemic numbers with 1,108,527 passengers transported, which represented 7% more in cabotage than the same month of 2019.

The company pointed out that it is in an important expansion process with nNew routes such as Merlo, in the San Luis province, and other tourist routes such as the Fantastic Patagonia Corridor, which connects Puerto Madryn and Trelew, in Chubut, with Ushuaia in Tierra del Fuego, and El Calafate in Santa Cruz.
facing the summer season, the company has arranged reinforcements in the main destinations with federal routes that allow passengers to travel from one point to another in the country without going through Buenos Aires.
The company currently flies to 38 destinations within the country and operates more than 45 federal routes.
