The president of the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics of Venezuela (INAC), Juan Teixeira Díaz, emphasized that the airlines they must sell their tickets at the referential rate offered by the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV).
Through your account at Twitter social network, Teixeira urged air transport users to denounce any irregular ticket collection.
For this, the INAC made available the Automated System of Complaints for Non-compliance of the Airlines (SADA), with the objective of collecting the various complaints.
“As the Aeronautical Authority of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, I confirm that the collection of air tickets is prohibited, using a referential rate different from that established by the BCV. We make the SADA system available to passengers to report irregularities of this type,” Teixeira urged on the social network.
Likewise, the president of INAC ratified the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to guarantee access to quality public services for the Venezuelan people, “avoiding illegal practices that affect the national economy, together everything is possible. Denounce the airline that speculates with the tickets, ”he said.
Through SADA, all those citizens who use air transport will be able to manage their concerns quickly, comfortably and from any smart device, be it a desktop computer, a tablet or on their cell phone, indicated the INAC on its web portal. .
