On the afternoon of this Tuesday, September 13, the 20th criminal judge of the circuit with Bogotá Knowledge Function sentenced the influencer to seven years and five months in prison Aida Victoria Merlanofor helping his mother escape from a Dental officeon October 1, 2019 in the north of Bogotá.
Although after learning of the conviction, the Barranquilla woman spoke on her social networks and assured that she had already cried a lot, she reappeared a few minutes ago, through a story on her Instagram account, with the acid humor that characterizes her.

Merlano was shown eating popcorn, with a message that said: “Me seeing the comments of people who got angry because they didn’t put me in jail.”
Apparently, it did not go down very well with some, that the daughter of the escaped former congresswoman they would have assessed a sentence that could be paid with house arrest.
Similarly, it is known that the place where Merlano would serve his sentence would be a luxurious four-bedroom apartment, a gym, a balcony and large recreation areas.

It should be remembered that Aida Victoria was found guilty by the crimes of prisoner escape and use of minors to commit crimesfor the participation that the brother would have had in the event, when he was a minor.
However, the conviction is not yet final, until the appeals are resolved in the Superior Court of Bogotá filed by the Prosecutor’s Office, the Attorney General’s Office and the influencer’s defense attorney.
