From Monday, February 13, the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the agricultural sector will be able to access guarantees from the National Guarantee System (SiGa)
They will be able to do so by paying a single subsidized commission of 0.6% per year for working capital loans of up to 36 months that they request while the agricultural emergency continues, the Ministries of Economy and Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries reported this Friday.
Companies that annually sell up to 75 million UI ($420 million at current values) are considered MSMEs.
It should be remembered that dairy farmers can access guarantees from the Fogale for any destination (working capital and investment) and longer terms, without paying commission.
The SiGa is a tool that the State makes available to MSMEs to facilitate their access to financing, guaranteeing the credits of companies that need it.
