Representatives of the transport of agricultural cargo from Tierras Altas de Chiriquí, meet with directors of the Land Transit and Transportation Authority (ATTT), in David in order to find alternatives to the difficulties they are experiencing with the fuel subsidy.
According to the director in charge of the ATTT, Carlos Ordóñez, the meeting was held to meet a formal request from the carriers, to address issues related to fuel, speed limits allowed on the route and infrastructure of the Inter-American highway.
“It is important to find mechanisms that facilitate the mobilization of agricultural products, in order to guarantee the purchase and consumption of fresh food for Panamanians,” he said.
