The Trade Association of Women Winemakers of Peruin the line of support for the Mypes that the Government is executing with its Con Punche Peru program, proposes to the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Production the creation of the Con Punche Bodeguero program.
According to available figures, in Peru there are more than 450,000 wineries; of which 80% are run by women. Likewise, 70% of the wineries are formal and registered in the RUS, being by far the first place at the national level in the formality of the retail trade companies, which do not enjoy the benefits of formality such as social security and pension funds. pensions.
The serious economic, political and social crisis that we are experiencing has deteriorated the replacement capacity of products due to inflation, affecting the capital of thousands of wineries that, in order to achieve sales goals, are reducing their costs and lowering their profits.
LOOK: Association of Women Winemakers requests to avoid tax increases
In this sense, for the wineries to achieve a source of financing and survive this crisis, they ask the Government to grant a tax truce with the Con Punche Bodeguero program, taking into account:
FINANCING FOR WINERIES THROUGH FONCODES
Mypes in this sector, basically retail trade, such as wineries, restaurants and market traders under the RUS regime, have not received any support from financing programs guaranteed by the State, so we propose that FONCODES, which has a fund for micro PAME credits, channel it through NGOs specialized in microloans, so that the credits can reach this sector, and thus help to reactivate and recover the capital lost due to the crisis and inflation.
TAX TRUCE 2023
Grant the Mype a Tax Truce and in this way avoid the increase in taxes such as the Selective Consumption Tax – ISC, which affect prices and consumption of the population. This measure would apply throughout 2023, which will support the economic reactivation of Mypes.
COMMERCIAL BOOST
We propose the creation of the Bread Bonus, which would channel the provision of food to the most vulnerable families through wineries and bakeries, through a closed debit card only for the acquisition of food that may be on a menu designed for food familiar.
