A Colombian citizen named Juan Reina was detained by the authorities and will be brought before the Public Ministry in the next few hours to be charged.
This was stated by the Attorney General, Tarek William Saab, through his account on the social network Twitter.
“#NOW#Arrested to be #presented and #DUCED for him @MinPublicoVEN of #carabobo (in the next few hours) before the Control Court specialized in crimes of violence against women: the aggressor of Colombian nationality Juan Reina: who savagely beat his ex-partner in Valencia. #JUSTICE“.
Reina attacked her ex-partner Neila Oballos in recent days for which she is involved in the commission of the crime of aggravated femicide to a degree of frustration, provided for and sanctioned in article 73 of the Organic Law on the Right of Women to a life free of Violence .
