After a fierce chase, a subject was caught by the police when he tried to escape in a vehicle through the streets of the Castilla district. The police had to use their firearm, even so, two managed to flee on foot.

The agents chased them from this sector, going out to Guardia Civil Avenue and then to the AH Sagrado Corazón de Jesús. In this last sector, Las Magnolias Street, the vehicle collided with a gate which caused the occupants to get out of the car and flee on foot. One of them was captured while the other two escaped.
This is Cristhian Alexander M. A (26 years old), who was transferred to the Castilla police station for legal proceedings for being immersed in the alleged commission of a crime against public security – manufacturing, marketing, use or carrying of weapons and others. .

The neighbors told the law enforcement officers that these subjects had thrown a firearm in the vicinity of the María Goretti park, and upon checking they found the gun and a magazine with 11 cartridges with filed series, which were seized for the corresponding investigations. The car in which these subjects traveled was also seized and taken to the police station.
This fact alerted the residents of the Castilla district who had to take refuge in their homes due to the persecution and bullets to arrest these subjects.
