Agência Brasil, from Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC), was elected among the TOP 3 most admired news agencies in the Agribusiness press 2024. The awards ceremony took place on Monday night (12), in São Paulo. 
The + Admired Agribusiness Press award is in its fourth edition and the winner in the TOP 3 news agency category was the Embrapa News Agency.
Presenter and editor Kelly Godoy, from Record News, received the title of Most Admired Journalist in Agribusiness in 2024. Completing the TOP 5 were journalists Fabiano Reis, from Canal do Boi; Beatriz Gunther, from Canal Rural; Aleksander Horta, from Notícias Agrícolas and Cristina Vieira, from the Globo Rural program, on TV Globo.
Agência Brasil was represented at the awards ceremony by the Coordinator of the São Paulo branch, Marcello Antunes. Agência Brasil is a public news agency with free access and a pluralistic approach, focusing on coverage of events and events related to the federal government, the state and citizenship, with an emphasis on social movements and organized civil society.
The election of the Most Admired of the Agribusiness Press 2024 was sponsored by Cargill, Mosaic Fertilizantes, Syngenta and Yara, with support from Elanco, Portal dos Jornalistas, Press Manager, and collaboration from Bosch, BRF and Lavoro.
