“The award of the Canal del Dique was our priority from day one, but to achieve this, no matter what, we wanted to listen to the communities. For the government of President Gustavo Petro, it was essential to address the concerns of the communities, the control bodies, the JEP, the Ministry of the Environment, and the different stakeholders regarding the Canal del Dique project.
