During his program with Maduro +, the ruler instructed Vice President Delcy Rodríguez to hold talks with Rago. In her opinion, after a “16-year dictatorship, there is a lot of work to be done.”
Víctor Rago prevailed on Friday, June 30, over his rival Humberto Rojas, in the second round elections to elect the new authorities of the UCV. He will be in charge for the period 2023-2027.
