The representative of Creemos, Moira Osinaga, He is the one who announced that he will file a complaint, although he also acknowledged that this type of action does not have the expected results in Bolivian justice.
“I am going to go to the forensic doctor to do the corresponding check-up and from there we will sit down with the lawyers to be able to present the complaint. Obviously we have to make the corresponding complaints, although we know that it will not proceed because they talk to us about justice and we know that justice is handled by them (those of the ruling party) ”, he said.
For her part, the deputy of the MAS Tania Paniagua chose to apologize and admitted that they carried out a “baseness”.
“Apologize to the Bolivian people for demonstrating these aggressions and for demonstrating that baseness in the Chamber of Deputies, but we already have to show a precedent to those deputies from Santa Cruz that rights are not violated here, here it is not with attacks, I have been attacked three times and three times I have had to react to be able to defend myself,” he justified.
In addition, before Osinaga’s announcement, Paniagua also said that she will present her own complaint.
