The parish priest of Cotoca, Rubén Alvis, pointed out that the novena of the virgin will be continued in Cotoca with the participation of Marian groups.
Furthermore, on December 7th will carry out the traditional pilgrimage towards the sanctuary and on the 8th the main mass will be at 10:00.
“The pilgrimage is a moment of reflection and encounter with the Mamita. During the entire journey, The police will guarantee the safety of the pilgrims. The Eucharists will begin on the night of the 7th and will continue until the 8th,” said Alvis.
Regarding the traditional walk on December 15, Alvis clarified that it will not take place due to the judicial elections scheduled for that date. However, the masses in honor of the Virgin will be celebrated in the sanctuary as usual.
