Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), issued this Tuesday (9) the warrant for Bacellar’s release after the Alerj decided to revoke the parliamentarian’s preventive detention.

According to the decision, in addition to the use of the electronic ankle bracelet, Bacellar must remain away from the presidency and comply with home confinement, prohibition of communicating with other people being investigated, suspension of possession and weapons, in addition to the surrender of passports.

State deputy Rodrigo Bacellar was arrested during Operation Nail and Flesh, launched by the Federal Police (PF), which is investigating the leak of confidential information about Operation Zargun, which arrested state deputy TH Joias. TH Joias has been in prison since September, accused of intermediating the purchase and sale of weapons for the Red Command.
