Editorial Radio Panama. A 38-year-old man was charged this Thursday, December 1, for the crime Against Domestic Animals, after attacking a dog with a machete in the district of Bugaba, in the province of Chiriquí.
In fact, the dog died as a result of the injuries produced; however, at the hearing held, periodic notification measures were ordered on the 15th and 30th of each month.
In addition, he was ordered not to go near the victim’s house until the investigations are complete.
