As part of the Bogotá Safe strategy, LOperations aim to ensure that bars and restaurants comply with sanitary, security and legality standards in the sale of alcoholic beverages. This is how it was detected in the bar “The shelter”located in the Marco Fidel Suárez sector, six adulterated bottles.
According to the establishment staff, the direct head of the inventory was the owner, who claimed to ignore the irregular origin of the drinks. However, the authorities confirmed that adulteration was an imminent risk to public health, so the sanction was immediately applied.
