On Friday, January 2, 2026, the option to request the withdrawal of up to 4 Tax Tax Units was reactivated (ITU) of the funds accumulated in the Pension Fund Administrators (AFP).
The measure represents a new opportunity for thousands of affiliates who had not yet registered their application or who decided to wait for the start of the new year to access a larger amount.
The change is not minor. With the increase in the ITU for 2026, set at S/5,500, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn now amounts to S/22,000, exceeding the previous limit of S/21,400. This adjustment especially benefits those who have larger accumulated balances in their individual accounts.
Furthermore, the 10% discount corresponding to the December contribution has allowed even members with more modest funds to register a slight increase in their available capital, which widens the margin to request a larger withdrawal than initially planned.
Who can request the AFP 2026 withdrawal?
Affiliates who have not previously submitted their application or who waited for the end of the year can do so from January 2. The procedure is completely digital and is carried out directly through the AFP virtual platform to which each worker belongs.
Each administrator has enabled their respective digital channel to carry out the procedure safely and without the need to go to an agency in person.

Affiliates may make the AFP withdrawal request through the following official portals:
- AFP Integra: through your digital agency.
- Profutur AFP: through your private online area.
- AFP Premium: through its exclusive platform for withdrawal.
- AFP Habitat: through the portal enabled for withdrawal requests.
These platforms allow you to register the order quickly, verify the available amount and choose the bank account where the deposit will be made.
How to request the withdrawal of up to 4 UIT?
The process to request an AFP withdrawal is simple and follows a series of steps common to all administrators. The affiliate must enter the virtual platform of their AFP and complete the application with the required information.
Among the essential data are:
- DNI numberalong with other personal data that allows validating the identity of the affiliate.
- AFP web code, Password required to access the personal account. Administrators recommend updating it in advance to avoid delays.
- Amount to withdrawwhich can be up to a maximum of 4 UIT (S/22,000).
- Authorized bank accountbelonging to a financial entity included in the list permitted by the AFP. If you do not have one, it will be necessary to open it before completing the procedure.
The money can only be deposited in authorized bank accounts, so this point is key to not delay the disbursement.
Until when can you request?
Although the AFP and official information indicate that the final deadline for the eighth AFP withdrawal is Sunday, January 18, 2026, the hours allowed to make the request prevent the process from being carried out that day. In practice, the effective deadline to register the order will be Friday, January 16.
