The Administrator of Pension Funds Reserves reported that from January to August of this year it has processed more than 9,808 applications in favor of affiliates and their families, with which a total of RD$1,658,673,101.31 was delivered for benefits contemplated in Law 87-01 on Social Security.
Among the benefits is the payment of severance due to old age (RD$141 million 932,685.95); the return of funds for late entry (RD$ 1,252,922,542.39); survivor’s pension (RD$97,845,485.96); return of funds for payment of Inheritance (RD$156 million 079,213.09); and Old Age Pension (RD$2 million 619,337.71).
From the figures it is highlighted that the Customer Service Agency located in the National District has processed 65% of the total amount delivered and some 5,480 requests corresponding to said procedures.

Recently the manager of Reserve Bank, Samuel Pereyrainaugurated the new facilities that house the Customer Service Agency located in the Piantini expansion, and its Administrative Offices, which were recently moved to the Roberto Pastoriza Tower in the National District.
