Until March 28, the call for companies with operations in the Dominican Republic to participate in the 2025 Aequales ranking, free and confidential measurement that evaluates the state of organizations in terms of gender equity and diversity.
This year the ranking will have an open special chapter for companies in the Dominican Republic and Central America, which is consolidated from the alliance between Aequales, an expert in gender and diversity with corporate approach and upgrade communication, agency specialized in reputation. In addition, the initiative added as a regional half -partner to the E & N specialized platform, which has been telling the stories and innovation of companies in the region for more than 25 years.
Since its first edition in 2015 in Peru and Colombia, the PAR ranking has established itself as the main reference tool in Latin America. Over 10 years, Aequales has analyzed more than 2,000 organizations in 18 countries in the region, reaching a total of 1.5 million people.
In addition, from data collected by the Aequales ranking, a business case has been generated that demonstrates the direct relationship between the implementation of equity and diversity practices and business profitability. In fact, the data reveal that companies that adopt corporate practices of equity, diversity and inclusion can increase their roa (return on assets) by up to 22%.
Under the principle that “what is not measured, is not managed”, the PAR ranking not only offers a comparative evaluation, but also provides companies with an individual report with results, recommendations and a roadmap to strengthen their strategies of inclusion and equity.
To participate in the Aequales ranking and obtain the benefits, companies must enter par.aequales.com register and answer the questionnaire. The participation process is completely online, with strict confidentiality policies and does not require investment.
