The Presidential Commission for the Recovery of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), inspected the recovery and rehabilitation work carried out within Residences No. 2, where the schools of Social Communication, Anthropology, Nutrition and Dietetics currently live .
This was reported by the president of the Venezuela Bella Mission, Jacqueline Faria, on her Twitter account, in which she specified that part of the work includes “the adaptation of drainage systems and recovery of metallic carpentry and wooden elements, which make this works a true restoration of the patrimony».
Similarly, he added that the scope of this work directly impacts the student population that lives in these buildings. “There are 49 recovered classrooms, nine laboratories, 14 bathrooms, 99 work cubicles.”
Finally, Faria stressed that in these spaces, the team developed improvements in the “lighting, waterproofing and restoration of the original façade” system.
