Adoptions that reach few, but put a lot at stake: did the LUC influence?

On one side are the families, who have been through a thousand and one: they encountered obstacles, buts, and frustrations. They traveled all kinds of paths and arrived at the door of the INAU in search of fulfilling a decision that, for some more and for others less, is always difficult: to become parents. On the other side are the children. They come from going through a lot of life for such a short time, with stories of absences and uprooting. The two parties agree on something: they need each other, but they arrive battered.
