The Dominican Association of Real Estate Tourist Companies (Adeti) chose the tourism businessman Andrés Marranzini Grullónexecutive director of the Punta Bergantín Trust, as its new president for the period 2026-2028.
The union held a ordinary general assembly to form your new directivewhich will also be made up of Claudia Henriquez from Cap Cana, Yudith Castillo from Grupo Puntacana, Juan Velázquez from Costasur/Casa de Campo, and Laura Troncoso from Playa Grande Golf & Ocean Club, who will hold positions of vice presidents.
Meanwhile, Cruz Apestegui from Rincón Bay, and Tania Ramirez of Terra RD Partners –Inicia’s asset manager–, will take over as secretary and treasurerrespectively.

Commitment with the development of real estate tourism
In that assembly, the Adeti renewed its commitment to the promotion and development of real estate tourism in the Dominican Republic as an essential component of the diversification of national tourism, focused both on promoting a high-quality complementary offer and highlighting trust and legal security to promote new projects in various destinations.
As newly elected president, Marranzini thanked him vote of confidenceby expressing its purpose of representing the sector through institutional strengthening and support, the creation of strategic synergies between sectors, and the commitment to support the acquisition of new investments that guarantee robust participation in the economy and development of the country.
Marranzini has served as vice president of the Hotel and Tourism Association of the Dominican Republic (Asonahores), in addition to having participated in various councils.
Also, he has been a member of the board of directors of the Vocational Technical Training Institute (Infotep) for the business sector; representative of the tourism sector before the Civil Aviation Board (JAC) and collaborator of the Dominican Rehabilitation Association (ADR).
Currently, he is the executive director of the Punta Brigantín Trust.
