British singer-songwriter Adele shone this Saturday on the stage of the London park Hyde Parkwhere for the second night in a row he closed the day of concerts British Summertime Festival, with a spectacular mix of classics, such as “someone likes you”, and more recent songs from his latest album “30”.
After having made a five-year break away from the stage, the London artist returned to act for the first time in her native UK, receiving a warm welcome from the public that hinted that so much waiting time had not left even the slightest glimmer of resentment among their fans.

The contained expectation quickly gave way to euphoria as the first song started, “Hello“, one of the most iconic from his third album “25”.
With her hair undone and an off-the-shoulder black dress, the winner of fifteen Grammy awards spoke to the public with her usual humor and closenessrecognizing some fans in the audience who were repeating the previous day’s concert.
He also removed iron from the phrase of “Fora Bolsonaro”(Outside Bolsonaro)–against the president of Brazil– that he had said in his performance on Friday, which ended up going viral, and he joked about the danger of repeating phrases that his fans say to him in another language, “without knowing what they mean”, since in this case ended up being “something a bit political”.

In this sense, apart from singing the award-winning single “Easy on Me”, in which she talks about her divorce with ex-husband Simon Konecki, the 34-year-old artist also chose to include songs in her repertoire “I Drink Wine”, “Hold On” and the rhythms of “Oh My God.”
The Londoner also included the soundtrack of the film by James Bond “Skyfall” with which he picked up an Oscar in 2013, and completed the performance with other classics from his first two albums, including, “One and Only” or the nod to Bob Dylan with “Make You Feel My Love”.

The song of “Set Fire to the Rain” It was one of the high points of the night, since while the song was played with the special effects of large flares –it refers to “setting fire to the rain”–, the sky of gray clouds took the hint and decided to complete the song with some rain, slightly wetting the public.
With “Rolling in the Deep” as a closing song Adele made the more than 140 hectares of the royal park vibratealthough she reappeared on stage covered with the Pride flag to give away a couple more encores: the nostalgic “When We Were Young” and the closing theme of his last album“Love is a Game”.
Before the unmistakable voice of Adele will take over the Great Oak stage, a dozen artists –all women– performed throughout the afternoon, such as Nilüfer Yanya, Kacey Musgraves or Gabrielle, among others.
