As part of the commemorative events for the International Day against Climate Changethe ecosocialist management team of the Ministry of Popular Power for Ecosocialism (Minec) conducted an approach to passers-by in the Plaza de La Juventud, in Caracas, to raise awareness about the atmospheric phenomenon. The action disseminated the causes, consequences and actions that can be taken against climate change, as well as promoting ecological awareness and good environmental practices among Venezuelan citizens.
Aware that the climate crisis is one of the greatest challenges of today, the ecosocialist entity invited the entire community to participate in this type of conference that seeks to inform and educate about the importance of taking care of the environment. Through talks, interactive workshops and recreational activities, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the impact of climate change and how each individual can contribute to mitigating its effects.
The activity included the participation of environmental experts and representatives of various organizations, who shared their knowledge and experiences. In addition, practical resources and tips were offered on how to implement sustainable habits in your daily life. At the same time, they highlighted the importance of becoming aware of what we are currently experiencing with the climate crisis.
It is worth emphasizing that in the operation not only was information provided, but citizens were also urged to get involved in protecting the planet. Together we can create a movement that drives positive changes in society and promotes responsible ecosocialist development.
