The residents of the Ballivián area of El Alto asked the authorities to demolish the house —where Richard Choque Flores committed his crimes— to search for more bodies of other young women who disappeared and who have not been found until now.
In addition, yesterday, five victims filed their complaints against Richard Choque Flores, the serial rapist and murderer.
“I am looking for justice, my daughter’s name is Laura Condori, she is missing,” said a mother, who on Tuesday night went to the house where the bodies of Iris and Lucy were found. At the scene, the neighbors tried to burn down the murderer’s house. The woman believes that in that building she can find clues to the whereabouts of her daughter.
Last night, the neighbors again staged another protest. “There are more dead, more victims buried in this house. Promotion rings were found, they were taken as evidence by the school principal. The names of other victims must be there,” said another neighbor.
The neighbors asked for the house to collapse because they presume that there may be more graves inside. “We suspect there are more bodies buried inside. We ask that everything collapses, ”said another of the neighbors.
Some of the neighbors entered the building and began to dig in the patio. They found clothes and objects, then they took them out to the street so that the relatives of other victims can recognize the pieces. To prevent more evidence from being damaged, they cordoned off the building and asked the Prosecutor’s Office to make a record of the evidence.
Richard was arrested in flagrante delicto and is being investigated for raping 77 women, whom he captured through social networks. Imprisoned, the criminal confessed that he killed two of his victims and buried them in a room in his house, which is located in the Ballivián area of El Alto. On Monday afternoon, the authorities went to the home and removed the two bodies to the outrage of the neighbors.
Richard was investigated for the crimes of trafficking, pimping, pornography and carrying or carrying firearms. He was sent yesterday preventively to the Chonchocoro prison for double femicide.
The head of the Trafficking and Trafficking Division of the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc), Boris Gutiérrez, called on the victims of abuse to file their complaint against Richard.
“This person had a route between La Paz, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz to later return and continue to the Yungas. We identified 77 victims between virtual and real. We are contacting them and taking their information statements and records. We have at least five victims who have already declared,” Gutiérrez told Página Siete. He added that the young women submitted to the Victims and Witnesses Protection Law.
Prosecutor Sarina Guardia announced that more raids will be carried out and indicated that they seek to identify other victims.
He killed and buried a young woman in his home in 2013
Richard Choque Flores, the serial rapist with 77 victims and who murdered two teenagers, already had a record. He was sent to jail for the murder of Blanca Rubí Limachi in November 2013. However, the aggressor was free because he was the beneficiary of house arrest, according to a police source. The authorities are investigating since when and how he obtained an alternative measure to be released.
On November 29, 2013, Richard was sent to the Chonchocoro maximum security prison accused of the kidnapping and subsequent murder of Blanca Rubí Limachi, a 20-year-old university student. This crime caused a stir in La Paz, El Alto and the country.
Richard was sent to jail along with his accomplice, José Luis C., according to an Erbol note published that year. The aggressor caught the victim from him through social networks. He created a fake account and posed as a military instructor named Mauricio.
Police found Blanca Rubí’s body at Richard’s house. The body was inside a blue jute bag and buried in the patio.
In this house, the Police found three identity cards of young women, in addition to intimate clothing. On that occasion, the Police did not rule out the existence of more victims.
