Chihuahua, Chih., The head of the Ministry of the Interior (SG), Adán Augusto López Hernández, and the national president of Morena, Mario Delgado Carrillo, called to defend the plan B of electoral reform, stating that this initiative seeks to avoid excesses and abuses
at the National Electoral Institute (INE).
