Adán Chávez highlights the importance of unity to face domination

Vice President highlights the struggle of the peoples for equality and social justice

This Saturday the International Anti-Imperialist Conference of Latin America is taking place, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the planting of Comandante Hugo Chávez, highlighted AVN.

The activity, which takes place in the spaces of the Gran Meliá Caracas hotel, is led by the Vice President of International Affairs of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Adán Chávez, and has the participation of political and social organizations from five continents and 30 countries.

During his speech, Adán Chávez highlighted the importance of consolidating a strong and solid unity in the world arena to continue confronting imperialism.

“We cannot underestimate imperialism with its allies”, he pointed out.

However, he observed that despite the imperialist offensive, they have not been able to with countries like Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela

“Whatever imperialism does, it will not be able to undo what we have achieved; whatever he does”, asserted Adán Chávez.

He remarked that the Bolivarian Revolution is anti-imperialist and socialist, and its most important project is to achieve the greatest amount of happiness possible for the people.

“This Revolution, in addition to being anti-imperialist, is feminist, socialist. It is good to remember a little where we came from, we began a process based on the Bolivarian project. We began to walk a path thinking of building a Revolution to move towards achieving a government that gives our people the greatest amount of happiness possible, ”she stressed.

For Adán Chávez, anti-imperialism implies a true unity to build, “that comes to us from Father Bolívar, history has shown that he was a prophet, he saw it clearly,” he said.

Regarding the conference, he stressed that this type of meeting is very important and urged: “We must not stay in the speeches, listen to different opinions, long live the battle of ideas. Chávez and Fidel taught us that”.
