Bolívar, also an AD councilor, pointed out that the challenge for the party is that “after winning the primaries, Carlos Prosperi beats Nicolás Maduro.” At the same time, he insisted that they bet on the democratic unity of the country and the choice of a single candidate.
«From AD what we are doing differently from other organizations is that we have a candidate touring the streets of the country, with direct contact, with the house by house, with the 1×10, constituting what we have called Political Action Committees (CAP), which are the electoral roll not only to mobilize our people in the elections, but also to take care of the votes in each one of the electoral centers that they have for the participation of the primary elections and preparing once and for all for 2024, that we are convinced that we are going to win them,” said Jesús Bolívar.
He maintained that in AD, beyond winning the primaries and the presidential elections, “we bet on prosperity for our people, so that we live well, with quality of life, so that Venezuelans who are outside Venezuela can return and find opportunities.” in your country, that people have a decent salary that allows them to recover their purchasing power and buy the goods and services that are necessary to develop their lives.
On the other hand, the leader Jesús Bolívar said that, so far in 2023, they have visited 14 of the 22 parishes of the Libertador municipality.

According to Bolívar, the electoral campaign started on September 13, 2022, after AD announced the candidacy of Carlos Prosperi.
