Acodike union will occupy the plant on Friday; the company denounces that it is illegal

He Acodike union will occupy the supergas bottling plant this Friday as a trade union measure for the layoffs that took place at the end of March, while the company issued a statement denouncing the occupation as illegal.

According to Acodike, the occupation contravenes “constitutional, legal norms, (…) the internal regulations of the company and ILO (International Labor Organization) recommendations”.

The origin of the conflict
