Acobir announces the first real estate fair of 2023

The Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters (Acobir), announced at a press conference the holding of Expo Inmobiliaria Acobir 2023.

Acobir Real Estate Expo in its 2023 version, will bring many innovations and the best investment and business opportunities in the real estate field of Panama, expanding the country vision and bringing closer all investors who require a house, apartment, office or commercial premises.

Acobir Real Estate Expo returns in the summer from January 26 to 29, 2023 at the Panama Convention Center to continue positioning itself as the first real estate fair most anticipated by Panamanians and foreigners.

“We invite all developers and real estate companies in the country who wish to promote their property portfolio to participate in the fair. Our organizing team has been working to present a totally renewed event, with interesting innovations that will help attract more clients.” Indicated José Manuel Amado, Coordinator of Expo Inmobiliaria Acobir.

At Expo Inmobiliaria Acobir you can find properties that apply to the housing solidarity fund, preferential interest and luxury properties, accompanied by the best financing from the main banks in the country.

Among the innovations that attendees at Expo Inmobiliaria will be able to enjoy is a specialized area categorized as Sustainable Island, where clients and investors will be able to find projects that incorporate eco-friendly technologies into their designs and companies that provide these technologies will also be at their disposal.

Along the same lines, there will be the Acobir Special Collection area, for select projects over $180,000.00, that offer an excellent location, amenities, and high-quality finishes.

In addition, Acobir, as the organizing union of the largest real estate fair in Panama, and with the objective that the country continues to be a benchmark for real estate investment in our region, is organizing trade missions with real estate brokers and investors from both North and South America. so that they know the real estate offer that will be presented during the four days of the fair.

It should be noted that during the fair we will have an area for children’s games, where we will have different types of attractions and amenities for the little ones to have fun while the family chooses the house of their dreams.

For investors, promoters, exhibitors and clients, we will have meeting rooms or meeting points, where they can review all the proposals of the different promoters, as well as banks, a spacious and comfortable area, within the fairgrounds.

Visitors will also have access to hundreds of available parking spaces at the Panama Convention Center. In addition, like last year and in partnership with Mi Bus, we will have special transportation at no cost to the user from Plaza 5 de Mayo to the fairgrounds.

“At Expo Inmobiliaria Acobir 2023, we expect the participation of more than 100 developers and the main banks in the country, as well as transactions of over 100 million dollars.” Cheng pointed out.
