The Criminal Court ordered preventive detention for two cousins and a teenager, accused of gang raping a minor under 11 years of age, in the district of Sapallanga, province of Huancayo.

The accused Alexis Poma Aguirre (20) and his cousin Elías Ramos Aguirre (20), received 9 months of preventive detention by the Second Preparatory Investigation Court of the Violence Against Women and Members of the Family Group Module.
While the 16-year-old adolescent received two months of preventive detention by the Family Court. For this reason, the cousins were confined in the Huancayo prison and the minor interned in the El Tambo Youth Rehabilitation Center.

While the investigations will continue. It should be noted that the other two involved in the incident have been released but with restrictions on the duration of the investigations. They were present during the preventive detention hearing and assured that they are innocent
