The doctor Alexander Ernesto Larrochele Mocadán was charged for his alleged relationship with the death of Ana Rosa Mavarez Rivero (31), who died after having undergone a surgical operation, such as liposuction, according to judicial sources.
The accusation of the doctor occurred before the 3rd Control Court of Sucre, Cumaná extension, an instance that decreed a custodial measure at the request of the Public Ministry.
In this case, the crimes charged are: intentional homicide by way of eventual intent, continuous aggravated fraud, failure to provide assistance, medical intrusion and conspiracy.
The woman was operated on in a clinic located in the Marina Plaza Shopping Center, Cumaná (Sucre). Once she was discharged, she suffered complications that caused her death on February 25, according to investigations.
