Maduro also said that on Wednesday, August 14, the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) made a recalculation regarding Venezuela. “They had calculated Venezuela’s growth in 2024 at 4%, yesterday they said that the numbers had changed and now it’s 5%,” he said.
On Thursday, Maduro granted 17,620 new loans to entrepreneurs in the country through public banks.
