The Superintendency of Land Transportation (Sutran) reported that the bus that crashed at kilometer 120 of the Longitudinal de Conchucos highway, in Áncash, met all legal requirements.
The vehicle, with license plate B9F959 and belonging to the company Servicios Generales Turismo La Perla, had SOAT, a technical inspection certificate and authorization from the Ministry of Transportation.
