With a great festival, Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo will celebrate this Saturday at the Tecnópolis site the National Day for the Right to Identity and its first 45 years of existence.
“Grandmothers 45 years, the search continues” is the name of the festival that will include talks, exhibitions, special activities and shows, with the outstanding participation of La Bersuit, Sara Hebe and Bhavi.
“Tecnópolis invites the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo to celebrate to continue amplifying the search for the missing grandchildren,” said the organization, which will celebrate its 45th anniversary this Saturday and the National Day of the Right to Identity.

The activities
The first show of the day will be at 3:00 p.m. on the Juana Azurduy stage with the presentation of The Great Dance of Zamba and Ninaand then continue with the Canticleat 16.
Later, at 6 pm, it will be the turn of the historic band Bersuit Vergarabat who will offer her show until the singer-songwriter and rapper arrives on stage Sarah Hebe. Later the trap singer Bhavi will give the last show of the day at 21.
The conduction of the festivities will be in charge of the journalists Natu Maderna and Juan Amorín.
In addition, there will be activities throughout the day in different areas of the property located in the Buenos Aires town of Villa Martelli: at 3:00 p.m. Theater for Identity he will recreate one of his works in the Nave de las Ciencias; at 4:00 p.m. there will be a guided tour of grandchildren and artists around the “Show Identity” in the Araucaria space; and at 17 the journalist Julio Leiva will conduct interviews with grandchildren and musicians in the Science Ship.
It will also take place at 6:00 p.m. in the Fair Auditorium presentation of the book “Memory is not a story 2”product of a “literary contest” organized by the educational areas of former clandestine detention centers “Olimpo”, “Virrey Cevallos”, “Club Atlético”, “Automotores Orletti” and the Public Entity for the Memory, Promotion and Defense of Human Rights. Likewise, in the Amazing Zamba and Nina Park, at 4:00 p.m. the “Paka Rap for Identity” and from 14 to 19 there will be a “Dream Workshop” organized by the Pakapaka channel.
Throughout the day in Plaza Siquier, inside the venue, there will be “temporary tattoo posts, handkerchief origami, t-shirt printing, typographic posters, graphic experiences, collage and glitter.”
Also, there will be a service point for people “with doubts about their origin or who want to provide information on possible children of people who disappeared during the dictatorship”.
