“He is inciting landowners to ask for more money for their properties, if there is a person agitating for them to charge more than what the cadastre says, then the work is delayed,” said the president.
Abinader expressed himself in those terms before a question from the journalists Nuria Pierato whom he replied that it would have been good if the senator had done so, referring to the border wall in Dajabón.
