Likewise, he indicated that before next February 27, he hopes the National Congress will approve the creation of the Social Welfare Institute of Municipal Authorities as an act of social justice for the sustenance of those who dedicate their lives to serving their communities.

XXIII General Assembly of Municipalities 2024
