Santo Domingo – The President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, received this afternoon in his office the former Major League player and inducted this Tuesday into the Cooperstown Hall of Fame, David Ortiz.
Ortiz arrived at the National Palace at 5:35 in the afternoon and remained there for more than half an hour.
President Abinader received the star former Major League player, together with the ministers of the Presidency, Lisandro Macarrulla; and Sports, Francisco Camacho.
