Bloomberg explained that the registry of assets is based on what was declared before the authorities of their respective countries by the leaders of the region, with the exception of Panama, Venezuela, Honduras, Costa Rica and Guatemala, where said president “due to internal policies of their country or their own decisions simply do not have the information of their assets public”.
