Santo Domingo. – President Luis Abinader promoted brigadier generals Julio César Hernández Olivero and Justo Martín Fernández Tejada to major generals this Monday.
The provision is contained in decree 68-23, issued by the Executive Branch and through which, in addition, the promotion of other high officials is provided.
Among the promoted officers are brigadier generals, colonels Justo Orlando Del Orbe Piña; Catalino Acosta Piantini; Pablo Roberto Jimenez Sanchez; Paino Chocohan Perdomo Sanchez; Ambiorix by Jesus Cepeda Hernandez; Orlando Jerez Espaillat and Izhar Enrique Batista Peña.
Likewise, the promotion to Rear Admirals of the ship captains Franklin Odalis Frías Duarte; Alfredo Heredia Santos.
